The growing popularity of line dancing in Spain dates back to the 1990s, when line dancing spread from the United States and appealed to a public interested not only in the diversity of the dance, the rhythms and the choreography, but also in the values that Western culture proclaims.
Thus, during the dance sessions, the members comment that as it is a group dance, where a partner is not necessary and there are no age restrictions, a general feeling of union, empathy and cooperation converges, generating from the first moment a community spirit that makes everyone want to come back.
Likewise, the physical impact of dancing has a positive influence on the life of the participants, as they can choose, according to their level of expertise, age or objectives, line dancing as a high or low impact exercise; this will of course depend on each choreographer and the objective set for their class; allowing you to learn an endless number of choreographies, music and rhythms to suit all tastes.
If you are thinking of starting in the world of line dancing, at Corbeto’s boots we have everything you need to start dancing, cowboy boots to make the perfect shuffle, hats with all the western spirit and a variety of cowboy buckles to give a different touch to your belt in each class. If you’re feeling a little shy at first, a bandana will also add a discreet touch to your look. Don’t forget to wear jeans that fit well with your boots and are comfortable to dance in!
