Product booking special conditions

From August 2018 the new collection of Buffalo Platform shoes will be availabe at Corbeto's Boots and www.corbetosboots.com

For those customers that want to have one of the first pairs available we have started a pre book campaign, this campaign will be available until the end of the stock available for that purpose.

To have priority rights over the first pairs received and ensure that the order can be processed as soon they become available, it will be necessary for the customer to place an order with a partial payment indicated on every available style as "Prebook deposit". Payment can be arranged by credit card, wire transfer or Paypal. Once the order and payment confirmation are received, Corbeto's Boots will email to the customer a document indicating the model/s and size/s reserved, amount paid, amount pending to pay once the reserved products become available at our shop and shipping address.

As soon as Corbeto's Boots receives Buffalo Platform shoes will inform the customer to request the final payment, if the payment is not received after 3 working days, Corbeto's Boots reserves the right to cancel the prebooking, refund the amount already paid to the customer and use the reserved pairs to its convenience without the chance of a later complaint by the customer.

Due the limited availability, only one prebook/order with a maximum of 4 pairs per person will be allowed. If once received the Buffalo Platform shoes the size is not correct or want to change for another of the styles for sale, Corbeto's Boots can't ensure availability at that moment so I would keep pending until the next reception in the following weeks.

There isn't yet an exact delivery date during August 2018, if we receive further details in the next weeks, the customer will be informed by email. In the case of any delay the customer will also be immediately notified who can withdraw of his/her reservation at any time writing to pedidos@corbetosboots.com and will receive the refund of the amount paid with the same payment method orinigaly used.
